Do you ship?

Yes, domestic U.S. States only & FREE local delivery to New Bedford, Ma residents only. Certain designs may be not be available for shipping.

What are the shipping policies?

Items will ship within 3-4 days of the completed order.

(Please note that orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following Monday.)

Local New Bedford, MA deliveries will be made on Saturdays.

What are the shopping policies?

We consider returns and cancellations.

  • Just contact us: within 14 days of delivery

  • Ship items back to us: within 30 days of delivery

  • Request a cancellation: within 12 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned

  • Custom or personalized orders

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please contact ortiz@rawhandstudio.com if you have any problems with your order. Please keep in mind when ordering that these are handmade items and each piece is a unique piece of art of natural imperfections.

What to do if the item received is damaged?

If for any reason the item is damaged when you receive it, please DO NOT throw away any packing material or broken pieces and contact me as soon as possible.

If you are not happy with your purchase notify us within 14 days and we will gladly make an exchange if possible or refund your money. All shipping charges will be your responsibility.

I have taken my plant out of its original pot, and it’s now dying.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds after the plant has been taken out of its original packaging.
